Google vs Bing - close but no cigar

I have recently checked out Microsoft's new search engine "Bing" and I must say I was rather impressed - although my expectations were extremely low after (briefly) using MSN Live Search.

Still not on par with Google but probably the next best search engine currently out there, Microsoft have done a rather good job (although anything less from the biggest software company in the world would be highly disappointing).

Google are bringing the internet to the world - whether they have it or not

Google on Monday unveiled a new service designed to provide information via SMS text message to mobile phone users in Africa, where mobile phones are prevalent but Internet penetration is extremely low.
